Sick of Being Sick

Told my boss this morning I was actually missing work. That's how sick I am of being sick. >_<

Anywho, feeling a bit better, but still not 100%. I'm hoping another day or two and I should be back to normal.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a power supply for a PC? I think mine's crapping out and that's why I'm having the problems that I'm having. It's a 430W power supply, but the problems I'm having seem to indicate that that's not enough (the MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION error). And I honestly don't have a lot in my computer...

So yes, any suggestions?

Oh yes, and last night went far better after Captain NyQuil came to the rescue. :)

2 Hdrives
Cd player
2.8 CPU
GFX Card

All running off of 200W just fine.

Okay, I must just have a cheapo fucking power supply then. >_< I only have one harddrive, a DVD-ROM, DVD-RW, a 2.1 CPU, and a basic video card.

Guess I'll just need to get a reliable power supply. Do you know what brand you use?

You have lots of computer problems. I think I have a 420W PS, and it's been working fine for me. I also have 2 hard drives, a 2.4 CPU, a GF4 VidCard and 2 optical drives.

Dying power supply? Man, have I been there. I just replaced it with a new instance of the same model.

With the problems I'm having, I want to go out and get a high-end power supply. Probably not necessary, though...grr...stupid power supply. >_
