Looks like it'll be a fairly quiet weekend for me, but that's okay. Work Saturday, have Sunday and Monday off, work Tuesday, then Wednesday and Thursday off. Sweet. :) So far the only plans are having lunch or an early dinner with Alexis on Thursday. Oh, and I have a little Nintendog competition on Thursday to go to. And hopefully I'll be picking up my new (used) laptop on Thursday. :)

However, before Thursday I'll be poor as fuck, so...I don't really get to go anywhere or do anything. Alas, no Kumori Con and no Bumbershoot. Ah well. It'll be relaxing. I guess if anyone else isn't doing anything those days...?

I'm still just...still in shock. In less than a month I'll be in Hawaii. Here's my schedule for later this month.

Tuesday September 20th: Last day of work for 16 days!

Friday September 23rd: NIN @ The Key Arena (hell yeah for mosh pits!)

Ass-early on Saturday September 24th: Get up to go to the airport to head to Hawaii.

Saturday September 24th - Sunday October 2nd: Seven days and eight nights in Hawaii. I should have my laptop all up and running, so I should still be in contact with people. Hell, maybe I'll get a webcam so I can do a "live feed" of the party from there!

Wednesday October 5th: Last day of vacation.

I'm really not trying to brag about this, I'm just so stoked. I've never been on a real vacation. I don't have to do anything. I can sit there and drink and play games all day if I want. I don't have to go anywhere or do anything (well, except keep the house picked up a bit). I'll have a few hundred dollars (I hope). I figure about $100 of that will go to food and liquor from Costco. The rest will probably be eating out and doing activities.

Gotta get back to work. :)

I'm leaving for Disneyland the day before you leave for Hawaii (also ass-early, or as I like to say, at the butt-crack of dawn). I'm excited, too!! Yay, vacations!!!!! *dances*

Eek, I sure hope you're available then, too...It'll be my last time in Seattle til October, and my last Thursday in Seattle for I don't know how long!

I doubt I'll have net access, or much time for it either. We're leaving early on the 23rd and coming back the afternoon of the 26th. ^_^

Sweetie, just so you know, everything in Hawaii is freaking expensive. I gave my parents $4,000.00 to spend for three weeks and they came back w/o a cent of it and even put stuff of their credit cards while there. Seriously, budget your money!!

Oh yeah, I know, I've had friends and family go before. But if I'm going to Costco, really, it shouldn't be that much. Depends on how much I want to buy, how often I want to eat out, etc.

It would be cool to go to a bar in Hawaii, but I can imagine how expensive that'll be. *_*

Time for vacations!

My last day of work (hey, this company has already sucked my soul way too much for only one year.. it's time to move on).. is the 16th.. I leave for Japan (!) on your last day of work! I'll be there for 8 days. Egads! It actually just hit me last night that I have less than three weeks until I'm stepping on the plane!

You'll have a blast in Hawaii! I've been there once or twice.. but when I was much younger. It is so beautiful and of course -- PARTIES! DRINKING! YAY! Have a good time and take lots of photos!!
