I'll get my New Year post up tonight sometime.

Thanks to everyone's advice on the phone issue. Sounds like I'll probably go with T-Mobile. :) Sprint didn't do shit, they just said, "Oh, you went over your minutes...well, in the future, you can blah blah blah." Cram it with walnuts, Sprint. >_< I just need to figure out how much money I want to spend...Chris' idea of the Motorola V600 sounded good, but do I want to pay $200.00? On the other hand, I could get a Motorola V180 or Samsung E315 for free...I do have bills and other things I need to pay for...

Chris, does your phone kick that much ass? Like, $200 ass? `^_^

$200? Hmm. Not sure if I'd pay that much for the V600. But it does have Blue Tooth, supposedly you can use that instead of a USB cable to connect to a computer(a computer with Blue Tooth and Phonetools software). I got my V400 for I think $50... after rebates of course.

Yeah, $200 seemed a *bit* high for my tastes. What you got sounds like a great deal, if I could find that I'd probably go for it.

Just thought I'd throw in my T-Mobile thoughts. I've had them for a while now and I'm not pleased with their service. I mean I don't get service in 50% of my house, and I don't get it at many of the place I hang out at. If it's good in your area go for it, if not screw them.

I have the same thing with Cingular. It works okay in my house at Orange County, but not at my home in Los Angeles. But when I step outside, I get full signal. It's probably just the building blocking the signal.

I love my phone. It does everything I want it too. Check out the mall. I saw the V600 in the mall for $149. For being a phone that you can use mp3's for ring tones, takes pictures, plays mp4 video, has bluetooth, and a lot of other stuff, I would say it rocks. I got the $100 headset for free with my phone when I got it. ;) Take care!!

How concerned are they with "making the sale"? I mean, will they throw in accessory item X if it looks like it'll seal the deal?

In the two times I got provided accessories, they just casually included it. They didn't sound all desprate or impressive. It was mostly the prices, minutes, and other such details they were talking about to try to sell their service.
