/anything/ looks good on a person that is already hot. Doesn’t really matter.
But, ponytails, pigtails, glasses, braces or and blonde hair can al look awful if the girl isn’t cute. Same for freckles, redheads and any other numerous things you guys can come up with.
Therefore, I say mostly that’s a bit of bs, and what makes a person hot is overall hotness (symmetry of features, clear skin, not to far or close set eyes, white teeth, smaller/thinner chin and nose) not glasses or eye color.

That's true. Even though I like redheads, I have not encountered many that I would say are attractive.

However, little things like that can help. It really depends. I mean, I've had people comment how much better looking I look with shorter hair as opposed to longer hair.

Ie, I notice guys hands a lot, even when I'm just sitting on the bus.
Somethings are just extra draw for the eyes.

Still things like glasses and ponytails are [pretty arbitrary. There is about a %50/%50 chance a girl with either will be hot. What really defines hotness to people is fairly universal:
Clear skin, clean and intact teeth, healthy sometimes shiny hair, symmetrical and well spaced features.. on a woman amount and placement of fat as in on breasts, butt and hips (originally as a signal of nutrition, lactation output and general fertility) , on a man upright build and amount of muscularity (originally a signal of ability to hunt and provide, and protect and defend) etc.
Not saying glasses and hands can’t be hot, but that that alone won’t provide hotness.

Beauty is open ended. Someone might not like freckles, but another might, someone might like narrow eyes, and someone might like wide.
And the question in general is very open ended.

I could say clothes, I could say that it is their mind I find attractive. What is it about their clothes? What is it about their mind?

Beauty is subjective to what the personal preference is, hence beauty open ended. (yeah cheezy)

hmmm, as far as hottest thing going for the oposite sex - I pretty much gotta say I like everything that Miko has XD - pretty eyes, beautiful smile ect ect I'm not trying to be biased about this or anything, but for me, not only does she fit all the personallity aspects I love, but she has all the physical aspects that I love as well ( and I do know it's pretty rare to find someone who fits 100% what you like too, so I feel quite lucky to have her <3 )

I can't quite explain what it is. Some women just give off a "glow" to me--they can be any size, shape, or array of colours--and the brighter they shine the more attracted I am to them. Typically, the women I get involved with start glowing more and more brightly as I get to know them. Sometimes, though, they can cease to shine altogether.
