It's been a fun and semi-productive couple of days.

Yesterday I got a bunch of stuff done, then went over for game night last night at Stef's. Fun card games, tasty drinks, and back scratches (thank you, Rei!). I love them back scratches! :)

Slept in today, but got up to go see Batman Begins. Really good! Did some putting around, and now I'm just trying to motivate myself to get some stuff done. But it is too hot...I want to go jump in a tub full of ice cubes.

Got an e-mail from Jenny saying that she wasn't feeling the spark either. We might still hang out, I'm sure we'll invite each other to each other's parties...we're cool with each other. :) The search continues!

Now off to fill things out and try and find ways to keep cool...

I absolutely concur. I heard you say this as we were leaving the theater and thought, "YES! EXACTLY!"

It was so true to the comic mythology, and so far from the campiness of the last few movies...I liked Keaton so much, but this guy is even better as Bruce. It was really gratifying to see it done right for a change!

Wasn't Raz al ghoul(sp?) the same guy who trained the Shadow? Or am I off in that thinking?
I liked this movie it rocked, and there was much laughing at some of the quotes. I think the quote of the movie was "I got to get me one of those" when a police officer sees the batmobile. I think this one was the best batmobile yet, and I want the infantry combat suit.

Your desires for "the spark" limit what you can be. Or at least that is my opinion. I am not sure that I can understand why not having the spark does not mean that you cannot still enjoy going out together, as long as you both understand that it is not going anywhere so just enjoy the moment.

At least you are both on good terms. I have to agree with I'la, I bet a lot of single women are cheering right now.

Well, I think that "the spark" is what differentiates between a friendship and "more than" friendship. What's the real difference if the spark isn't there? It's basically a friendship to me. The spark is something that can develop over time, but...I think most of the time not.

Yeah, I'm not bitter, she's not. It just didn't work out. We both understand that, and there's no hurt feelings because we were honest with each other.
