If you've got time, it would help to get out and exercise. I might also suggest beating the hell out of some defenseless inanimate objects...I used that method the other night and, though several 2x4s paid the ultimate price, I felt a helluva lot better.

Yes, I've been getting back to the gym (though thanks to my knee, I'm not sure how much I can really do without causing massive damage).

Sadly, I don't have too much that I could beat the crap out of. Be nice to have...I dunno, like a cheapo VCR I could take out into a field and smash "Office Space" style. :)

Hey, sometimes it's just good to get the physical violent reaction out of the way...as long as it's not hurting anyone. :)
