Lazy Thursday

Just got up a little while ago and showered. Last night sure was fun. :)

I met Karl at Pochi Station and chatted with him for a bit. Angel arrived shortly thereafter. Angel and I headed back and went over to GameNoc (which I guess was still on). Not too many people, just Stef, Arren, Jeff, Angel, and myself. I proceeded to get pretty darn hammered, as you can probably tell from my last LJ post. :) But it was a fun night of Settlers; good times!

So I'm gonna drop Angel off down in Puyallup, then meet Sovanna at Uwajimaya later on. Probably hang out and have some lunch or something. Probably motivate myself to get to the gym tonight.

Tomorrow should be hilarious. I have a training class with Freeman. :) We'll see how that goes. :)

It's gonna be a busy week. I need to e-mail the old roommates about the house. It's getting a little...dirty at this point. Hope I can get a hold of Weaver, I really haven't heard from him in a while. It was just a pain in the ass...ah well, we're almost done.

Hmm...I think that's about it for now. Just looking forward to a nice, quiet day. :)

Well, what I'm mentioning here is stuff from the old house when I lived with Ross, Nikki, and Weaver. The new house will consist of myself, Stef, Arren, and one more person (we're looking).

I'm tired of tiny-ass apartments. `^_^

You never know, you might make a pretty good roommate; and I don't think we'd mind dogs too much (Stef's a big dog person).

I might be interested.
Though I am not entirely sure.
I've never had a room mate other than Steve - and I've lived alone the last year. I like the alone space - though, I'm lonely and am slightly paranoid to begin with. The duplex rocks... I just keep thinking about not living alone anymore.

I want the safety of knowing if I come home at 12 or 1AM, that someone is there. But I donno :X

We'd have to talk more, obviously. I was just curious. You know, the what-if scenerio. The good thing about me is that I do have a steady job, I have a record of paying bills on time and managing money pretty well. I know that is a relief in a room mate situation.

Stef, Arren, and myself would probably make good roommates. We all have stable jobs as well. :)

The good thing is you can usually section yourself off if you need your alone space.

My curiosity is how much your guys' rent/bills might be, ballpark, that sort of thing.

You know, weighing the balances towards my current situation [hard to beat] and whatever might be the possibility for you guys.

Another thing: I have my furnature and a washer dryer :X
I don't know. Just a thought. Maybe it's time for me.

Well, I've been looking, depending on where we go...we can probably get a decent house under $2000. Rent is usually divided on who gets the biggest room and stuff like that...so...it shouldn't be too bad.

Bills? Depends...we could probably share an internet connection, but that depends. Depends also on if there's anything included with the house as far as utilities. Ummm....geez, best guess? Power + internet + water/sewer + garbage...maybe $50 a piece?

I'm sure we could use the furniture, and...depends, the house may or may not have a washer/dryer.

I'm so sorry you are still having to deal with crap from that house--I mean, all of that was a f-ing life-time ago now. Glad to hear at least it's almost done, as you more than to deserve to move on to better things. Good luck with getting a new place!

Yeah, it's not fun. Part of it's my fault; I just sat on things until they ballooned to the point where it is now. And we all don't communicate that much. I see Nikki here and there, but Ross occasionally and Weaver hardly ever.
