I'ma Tired...

I'll get to bed here in just a sec, but thought I'd post a quick update.

Luckily it doesn't look like I'm quite as screwed as I thought with my paychecks. Instead of taking 1/4 of the total due, it's 1/4 of my paycheck. Still hurts, but no where near as badly. I got most of my bills paid today with...$100 left. `^_^ Well, I just won't be going out to eat for the next two weeks; no biggie.

I also traded in some games and picked up World of Warcraft and Shadow of the Colossus. Yes, I know, WoW will steal your soul and all. It's fun, but like I said, I still have a firm grip on reality. I've been a gamer for a long time now; I game, that's what I do. ;) There are other games, and things, to do so I won't be spending all my time on it. Though I do want to hurry up and catch up to Dan. :) If anyone's curious, I'm Stoli and I'm on Dark Iron.

Ummm...anything else? Oh yeah, my car loan is at about $5000, that's pretty nice. Not looking forward to work tomorrow, but, gotta pay those bills somehow. :)

Okay, now I'm exhausted. Time to get a few hours of sleep, then go to work. I'm not looking forward to more Wi-Fi calls...those things are nightmares. I can troubleshoot my computer okay, but man, if I had to do it for a living...no thanks!

For two weeks it kinda sucks. I usually have to fill up my gas tank at least once during that time, twice most likely with Thanksgiving next week.

Nope. I do have a few hundred in Savings, but I want to use that for "OMG I'm fucked!" reserve, like my car breaks down or something like that.

Yeah, it won't be fun, but it's not like I'll totally be without. I already have a ton of games, Stef's right next door, and of course there's always the internet. :) I just need to remember not to go over to the café everyday; I'm kinda bad about that. -_-

Yeah, I can see myself getting depressed about it. At least I can't afford booze. *LOL* Nah, once I get a second job I'll be better. Thanks!

I love World of Warcraft precisely because you don't have to play it all the time, and there are so many different ways of playing it. I might focus one day on quests, another day on exploring; sometimes I just feel like fishing at the docks in Ratchet for an hour. It doesn't have a pace like Resident Evil 4, where you simply have to play it through, and you more or less can't play anything else until you do. I've had WoW for about a year now, and it's probably been the best gaming experience I've ever had--it's a pastime unto itself. I've been playing on an RP server with my brother for a month now, and it's a lot of fun to be able to chat with him when he lives far away, as well as run into other people who enjoy the setting & story of the Warcraft universe as much as we do. I'd say it's the best game ever that still lets you have a life when you want to have one. =)

*nods* Yeah, I like that about it. I could probably go without it for a week and I'd be fine about it (at least until I catch up to Dan).

It's been a while since I've gotten into a game like it. I was playing it Wednesday night and I forgot to eat for quite a while (not so long that I'm starving or anything...).

I'm not sure how good I'd be on an RP server, but I'm liking PVP. No one's messed with me yet, but I'm sure it'll happen soon.
