Today Is An Awesome Day

So yeah, I'm feeling pretty good. :)

Whitney came with me to pick up Sarah from the ferry. She also got to meet my mom (though not a whole lot of words were exchanged since we only hung around for a few minutes). We then headed to Crossroads, had a bit of dinner, then headed over to Half-Price Books. Thought I'd try my hand in the dollar bin and grabbed a couple Stephen King books, as well as the book with a kick-ass cover (NSFW? Maybe).

We then came home and played Mario Party 4 on the TV. Oh...I'm drooling just thinking about it. Get me a towel. :) But we had a great game, then called it a night!

Sarah and I are just getting ready now. I have some running around to do (car payment, gotta stop by the bank, maybe grab a light breakfast), then it's off to the picnic with Reneé and Charlie. Though it sounds like a ton of my friends'll be there (Dan, Ivy, James, Aubrey, John). I'll take some pictures!

After that I'll probably drop Sarah off (have work tomorrow). I'm a little sad that I'll be missing out on some karaoke action (my rendition of Chef and Cartman's Come Sail Away is not to be missed!), but there'll be a next time. I can use those few hours before bed to get in some WoW time or play some games on the new TV.
