The return of Almost Live!??? Hell yeah!

The return of Video Games Live??? Oh, hell yeah!!!

So a couple of good pieces of news. :)

Anyway...let's see. Went to karaoke with Whitney and her group on Friday. It was a lot of fun! Whitney wanted to stay a bit later, but one of her friends wanted to leave early. Can't wait to see those pictures, Eric. :)

Kinda slept in on Saturday. Eventually got up and Whitney took me out to lunch (thanks, honey!). We did some looking around...went to Half-Price Books and headed down to Frye's...got Capcom Classics Collection for $10, so pretty happy about that. Whitney saw a shiny new Apple display (30", resolution of something like 2500x1900, $2000). So damn shiny. :)

We also visited *ugh* Wal-Mart, the one down around exit 2 on I-405. The place was just...geez, grimy. And crowded. The aisles seem to be made to make it seem like it's crowded. It honestly made me really sad. You could tell that a lot of the people there were probably downtrodden and poor. :(

Anyway, quickly got out of there. Back to Whitney's place for pizza and some watching of Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. :) Pretty funny movie. :)

After that we visited some friends of Whitney's. Had a good time there, though getting lost on the way back was humorous. `^_^

Crashed pretty quick once I got home, and now...here I am. `^_^

Started the new schedule today. Seems okay so far...we'll see if it helps my sanity at all.
