Rain, Rain, Please Stay!
Nov. 6th, 2006 11:58 amOh, how I love you rain! :) It's very soothing and relaxing. :)
Um, anyway, gotta make this quick since I need to get back to work!
Let's see. Been spending a lot of time with Whitney. We occasionally have "tense" moments, but they don't seem to come up that much. I'm actually liking being at Whitney's more at the Bond House since her room is set up to where we can both play games and she has a TV (*ahem*). My room doesn't really have that. And once she moves into the Master Bedroom of the Sammamish House (name pending), man, tons more room. I do miss being at the Bond House, though. Until Whitney's current roommate moves out, there's an...unhomey feel to the house. But that'll change. :)
I love the girl way too much. I really see myself being with her for a really, really long time! :)
Work's been good for the most part. I worked overtime on Saturday (5am-3:40pm) and that just kicked my ass. Sadly it also made me miss Ben and Kim's party, which I feel really terrible about since I was looking forward to going so much. :(
Thought I was coming down with a cold or something, but I think it's going away.
Wii might be having a lovely surprise next week. :)
Ummm...what else...oh yes, going to Connecticut in January to go to Whitney's cousin's wedding (gah, I have trouble keeping all of her family in order; I need a textbook!). I'm really looking forward to it (meeting Whitney's family and snow!), but I'm nervous as hell to meet her mom.
Lots on my mind as usual. Some things I've been putting off, some I'm still thinking about. Hardly been drinking at all. I'm half-hoping that I do get more overtime on Saturday, but it kicked my ass so much I'm not too sure. `^_^
Ooop, gotta go, I'll try and update more later!

You just said the house feels very pretty.
Did you mean:

un-"homey", as in "not cozy"?
Captain Grammar must know!

Date: 2006-11-07 07:42 pm (UTC)See, I'd see having the house to myself as a great opportunity. I could crank the music as loud as I wanted and do pretty much what I want.

Date: 2006-11-07 08:24 pm (UTC)What I wonder is, what the heck could I do with the house when no one else is there that I could not when other people are then? I mean, I hardly listen to music, and I never need it to be very loud. And what I wanted to do was socialize, since I was in a fairly social mood, so I was left feeling lonely for not being able to.

Date: 2006-11-09 07:45 pm (UTC)Well, you can always call someone. I dunno, I grew up having a lot of free time to myself so I'm hardly ever bored or lonely.

Date: 2006-11-07 07:43 pm (UTC)I'm not sure if I'm going to be offered it or not (pretty sure I am), but I have to take it since it's such good money. If I do, I'll...well, I'll find some way to energize myself!
