Without saying anymore--man, I'm really sorry. You're a good guy and you don't deserve days like today. The one consolation of a truly horrible day is that it becomes much less likely that the next one will be any worse.

It seems nearly everyone has had one of those days this season. My heart goes out to you, Stephen. My week has been.. sorrowful. If you want to talk, feel free to grab me up (I need to chat with you a bit anyway). I'm free after work on Saturday, and all day tomorrow until 5:00 PM. Sunday I'm going to be headed out of town for the second time this week.

However, I'm always up for a phone call if you need to chat if you need someone to talk to.
