Club Nintendo - Too Little, Too Late?

Not sure if everyone has heard, but Nintendo has finally started up Club Nintendo, something that many other territories have had for a while (mostly Japan).

While not all my games could be registered for the new program (boo!), I have gotten 500 coins (the Club Nintendo currency). Though, I really don't see anything all that great so far.

This really is something that should've happened a while ago as it might've helped keep some of the core gamers with Nintendo. I'll keep my coins and keep a watch on the site, but since I haven't bought a new Nintendo title since Smash Bros. Brawl, I'm not sure how many new coins I'll be earning.

Hmm.. I've only got 30 coins. Boo. There's not a whole lot there yet from what I saw, but still interesting. I'll have to add the Wii my mom bought and all those things. :)
